ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have purchased a subscription to WetChat and have not used it for more than 7 days.
- You have experienced technical issues with the app that have not been resolved by our support team.
- You are not satisfied with the app's performance and have reported the issues to us.
REFUND PROCESS
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Open the WetChat app and go to the "Settings" section.
- Click on "Contact Support" and send us a message with your request for a refund.
- Provide your reason for requesting a refund and your payment details (e.g., Apple ID or Google Play order number).
- Our support team will review your request and process your refund within 3-5 business days.
REFUND TERMS
- If you have purchased a subscription, you will receive a full refund for the current billing period.
- If you have purchased in-app credits or tokens, they are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Refunds will be processed in the original payment method used for the purchase.
EXCEPTIONS
The following cases are not eligible for a refund:
- You have used the app for more than 7 days and have not reported any issues.
